What’s the difference between a coach and a therapist?
A therapist is a great person to have on your team. They help you discover why you are the way you are from a psychological perspective. They help you explore your childhood and other life events that led you to the place you are presently. If necessary, qualified therapists may prescribe medications and get you to a functional stable place. A coach helps you move forward towards where you want to go in your life. A coach asks you where you would like your life to go and then helps you identify what blocks you from it. A coach also helps you determine the steps you must take to get to your ideal life and holds you accountable in your forward motion.
How long does a LoveQuest workshop take?
Everyone is unique. There are many packages available. The ideal scenario, to get the full benefit, would be a 12 week LoveQuest comprised of weekly discussions and homework. People are free to book individual sessions, take advantage of email only packages, and bundles of 3 sessions for a preferred rate.
